American cowboy meets Afghan Chapandaz
In April 2011, American Cowboy poet Gail Steiger traveled from Colorado to Afghanistan to share his horse culture with Afghan chapandaz, students, and the public in Ghor and Kabul. During his visit, he witnessed buzkashi events, demonstrated roping skills, and shared cowboy poetry and music.
